Brayden is a new addition to the TAG family joining us in the third term of 2019. He was already at the school and played inside centre for the under-14A rugby team earlier in the year before injuring his leg and undergoing surgery to his knee. He said, “playing rugby was a great experience. We all got on well as a team and we got better and better as the season went on. In the end, we only lost three games.” He also wants to take up water polo at the end of the year, when he is fully recovered.
He is in Gordon House and is really enjoying hostel life. “I am with my mates all day and I live right next to the school so I can spend a lot of time at training without it putting a strain on my parents by having them fetch me late in the afternoon.”
He is looking forward to giving this year his all in and out of the classroom. He is almost fully recovered and is hoping to start training with his team very soon. Sport is his passion, but he also understands the importance of academics.
